Our R&D Center develops eco-friendly, modern solutions. We design bags tailored to your needs and to a changing environment.
including packaging concepts as well as methods for applying non-standard, high-viscosity liquids so that they can be effectively used in Bag-in-Box packaging.
by developing methods that allow us to effectively identify and eliminate issues in ongoing production,
who are starting production using Bag-in-Box packaging, to support them in adapting their technological processes.
We developed this product end to end, from design and production launch through to sales and distribution. The scope of this project is exceptional on a national scale. To make it possible, we established cooperation with the appropriate raw material suppliers and, by developing effective quality control methods, stabilised the production process. This allowed us to deliver a consistently high-quality product with every batch. The 220-litre bags are available in four variants: high-barrier, standard-barrier, transparent bags for hot filling, and bags designed for freezing.
This type of bag is used for filling milk, products such as liquid egg products, and selected food concentrates. They are manufactured using specially selected films that allow them to withstand deep freezing at temperatures ranging from −20°C to −30°C. We have developed these bags in capacities of 5 l, 10 l, 20 l, and 220 l.
The new production line made it possible to manufacture bags with an enhanced cleanliness class, ensuring greater safety for filling aseptic products. This level of assurance is achieved through the use of radiation-based sterilisation.
We aim to continue improving our production processes and introducing innovative solutions.
With care for the natural environment, we are developing materials that are recyclable while reducing the use of those that cannot be separated for recycling. We aim to replace multi-material and metallised films with alternative film structures that offer comparable mechanical properties.
